My first blog...

         
        Cooking is not just a hobby for me it a way of relaxing myself. I love cooking n an expert in cooking traditional recipes.This is my first blog and I am really excited about sharing my culinary skills n knowledge to the world. Hoping this journey will be fruitful to me as well as my readers..

            Avadhi  Cuisine is not only famous in INDIA but in the whole world. What Persian n Mughals bought in our country with them is the new type of dishes that later on blended well with the people of our country. Avadh style cooking is rarely seen now a days because their are not enough chefs to cook because this is one style that comes with lots of effort and practice and the technique is very different, most dishes are cooked either on sigri or through dam.
 
            I want to revive those traditional ways and techniques that I have learnt from my experiences and my love for food so that the legacy of Avadhi  cuisine will be passed to the ages to come. I will be happy if I can contribute little to my traditional ways in this modern n hush-hush age where everyone is just rushing.
